Yoga Practices during COVID 19 Crisis !

As we all know that most of the countries in the world have been either locked down completely like India or shut down partially like the USA, Italy, Spain, etc. Even though in most countries only a few have been affected, by seeing the severely affected countries and their fate, most of the other countries are locked down partially or fully.

In this unprecedented time, most people are locked down at home. They are of different ages and professions! As most of them are facing this situation first in their lifetimes, only a few are able to cope with the situation! So when people are forced to sit at their homes and when they can not come out and move, most of them are going severely stressed and panic!

So seeing these circumstances, the possible solutions are taking the situation as it comes and feeling calm and composed! It is easy to say, but most of them don't know what to do.

The best solution to face this kind of situation is to start practicing some simple yoga in your home. There are many online yoga courses and programs available and many yoga apps are available for your help.

To keep the mind physically fit, mentally calm, and spiritually soothing, one can do simple yoga asana practices, Suryanamskar or Sun Salutation, then simple Pranayama or breathing techniques and do some meditation.

Simple Yogasana practice can make your body and mind fit and well-energized. Suraya Namaskar can be practiced daily morning to energize the whole body, mind, and spiritual constitution. In fact Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation practice only enough to give complete physical and mental balance during this time of boredom and panic. It also energizes your nervous system to cope with mental stress and nervousness building up in the system.

Pranayama Practice
Practicing simple Pranayama or breathing technique will enhance your breathing normally, energize you, and provide control of your mind and thought functions! When Pranayama followed by Meditation is done, the mind achieves full calmness and revitalization and no boredom can be an issue for one who practices Pranayama and Meditation daily.

For such people, life becomes a new chapter every day, whether they go out or are locked inside their homes! Both will be the same for such daily practitioners of yoga!
